This unit was excellent for our party of 4. It was well-kept and had everything we needed for cooking and lounging after a long day of skiing. The only minor consideration to keep in mind is, it’s a bit of a trek to get to the top of the mountain. You have to shuttle to the bottom of the gondola, then hop on a couple of lifts. That said, the location is still very good given its proximity to various amenities in Avon. Would absolutely stay there again with a party of 4-6ish people.
