My adult son and I needed a short term rental while his condo was under renovation during my annual visit. This unit fit the bill. The location is perfect….You can walk to everything in town and the lake and walking paths are right at your front door along with a pool and hot tubs. The decorating is a little tired, specifically the paint colors, but the kitchen is well appointed and functional. There is comfy seating by the fireplace and lovely afternoon sun on the little balcony. There were only 2 of us but the unit would easily work for a family of 5. Compared to other properties we felt it was a good value for the price. Management company is responsive to requests.
