Great location in Avon, minutes to the Beaver Creek parking parking lots, and 20 minutes to Vail. The house is in good condition, and with the bedrooms spread over 3 floors, there was plenty of privacy for 5 guests. We only went out to eat one night, and enjoyed the kitchen opening to the dining/living room.
