This condo was perfect for our family weekend. Don’t expect anything fancy; it’s dated but most importantly, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. It’s location in Avon is great if you have kids. Walking distance to a super fun park and to the lake which is perfect for paddle boarding. Also love how much grassy area there is right outside the condo. Our kids had so much fun running around outside. My only suggestion is to consider bringing your own bath towels. For a unit that sleeps 8, we were provided with only 4 bath towels. It’s possible we could have asked the front desk for more but we used a few beach towels we brought so not a huge deal. Definitely not a deal breaker for a future stay.
