You can expect great hospitality from the staff. Top to bottom. Keep in mind the staff goes home at night, so do all your business before 6 PM. I will be going back to Beaver Creek West the next time I ski Vail/Beaver Creek. Oh, by the way, you do not need a rental car! This makes BCW a great deal for sure.
