Great value and location. If you’re familiar with the Vail valley and Avon you’ll recognize that this is in a great location. You can walk to many restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. The amenities of the complex were great including a hot tub right downstairs from the unit. The unit itself was true to the pics. It’s a cozy condo with all the things you’d need if you decide to cook meals during your stay. The grill was nice to have on the porch. The unit is a bit dated with small rooms and low ceilings. The tv monitors are small and don’t allow for streaming but work fine for watching cable. The fireplace was very useful and had a nice wood pile on the porch. The balcony is spacious and has lots of seating but lacks a view. Overall, the condo is a great value for a mountain trip with family or friends and we are grateful to have been able to rent it. I would likely rent it again.
