We had never been to Avon and happened to to be traveling to Vail for a baseball tournament. The location is absolutely perfect. Located right off the highway and walking distance to everything from restaurants, stores and the beautiful lake right behind the condo. We walked every morning around the lake and the kids played on the playground steps away. The kids fished at the lake and we rented paddle boards all right out the back door. The stunning views were magical. We rent VRBO’s all the time and this one was clean, had all the things we needed plus some. The beds were comfortable, fans are provided since there is no AC which I was worried about coming from Texas. Even though the temps hit 99 a few days while there at night with the fans in the window it got cold! Overall we will stay again because everything was just so close and so many things to do right outside the condo!
