Great location overlooking a little lake with walking trail around it, which can get you to the Eagle River Trail–a paved walkway where you can walk or ride or run from Avon to Edwards–and maybe beyond, but I only went that far. Lovely condo with everything you need. We had 5 women and had tons of space. Definitely could fit 8 comfortably.
