Fairly big for a 1BR apartment. Plenty of kitchen necessities to cook a meal. Nice deck for enjoy the morning sun. Furniture was comfortable with plenty of room to have a few friends over. Wifi and TV worked great. It was nice to have a washing machine in the unit. The pool was great, as was the easy proximity to the lake/beach and the town of Avon. The bathroom and a few other things were a little dated, however not a big deal to me.
