The property is a little dated but cozy. We loved the real fireplace. Kitchen was stocked with any cooking supplies you needed. Bathroom is small & needs to be updated but worked for us. Would stay here again. Shuttle service was convenient door pickup to the Riverfront Gondola area. Parking was a challenge if you need more than one vehicle you will need to make arrangements to park in Beaver Creek/ Avon someplace.
