Very comfortable for 3 couples. We had 2 couples, one single and 2 kids and it was great. Everyone had their own space, very nice to have 3 separate bathrooms. Very warm, well stocked in kitchen, nice TV setup especially for the kiddos. Had an issue with the TV once but maintenance was quick to come and fix it.
