KEEPING IT SIMPLE:  Planning a wedding in a location other than your own town can be a little overwhelming at times.  We can make taking care of your family and guests the easy part!  Step 1:  Have the bride, groom or helpful friend/family member book the block of rooms with Beaver Creek West and send out our contact information in the "save the date" letter or invitation.  We take care of the rest of the steps!  When your guest calls and reserves their vacation with us, we will customize a condo out of your block space to fit your guests' requirements as far as size, dates and quality of condominium.  We also handle all the deposits and the sending out of confirmations.  On the day of check-in we can provide, at your request, a list of where every special guest is staying as well as his or her telephone extension numbers.  We are also more than willing to help distribute any welcome gifts to each of their condos to greet them with your list of events, directions, and alternative activities to enjoy while they relax between your wedding activities.
