We were frantically looking for a last minute place to stay in the Vail Valley area for our son's soccer tournament. Some friends recommended the Beaver Creek West Condominiums and we were able to book a two bedroom unit for a long weekend. Prior to our arrival, we were somewhat uncertain as to what the complex and unit would be like since the price was so reasonable compared to other lodging in the area. What we found was an absolutely wonderful value!! The complex was well maintained with a very nice swimming pool and tennis court area. The boys had a great time playing soccer in the grass and our view of the lake was amazing. The staff was helpful and courteous and our unit was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. The elevators were a nice surprise as we had small children and a lot of luggage. The complex is an easy walk to numerous shops, restaurants and even the grocery store! We have since recommended the Beaver Creek West Condos to many of our friends and family and will definitely stay again this summer! Our two bedroom unit was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kids had a wonderful time at the swimming pool too! The unit and complex was clean and an easy walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely stay here again! Posted by: Kristin Dagli on 01/07/10 A Place for Family Stayed 07/31/2008 - 08/04/2008 When my brother announced he was getting married, we never imagined it would mean the opportunity for us to take a dream vacation. My husband, our two and a half year old twin daughters, and I were excited as we made our reservation at Beaver Creek West, along with the rest of my extended family from Minnesota. With our group being so large, it was ideal to have our condos close to one another. My mom and I got online and eagerly browsed through the available units, picking just the right ones to fit our individual family needs. Through out the week we were able to enjoy the condominium, the facilities, and the staff. My family was treated as if we were honored guests; always with a smile and a willing attitude to help in any way. The units were comfortable, clean, and well supplied with anything we might need. We were close enough to the other units for our toddlers to run across the grass to visit aunties, uncles, cousins, and grandparents in their own condos. The pool area was perfect for all ages and the weather was awesome! One of our daughters learned to swim in the big pool that week! With the breathtaking views of the Rockies, it was our pleasure to explore the community by way of day trips, hiking, and shopping. In the evenings, we grilled wonderful meals and enjoyed the local night life. In addition to the wedding being beautiful, our stay at Beaver Creek West made this vacation absolutely perfect! That tells alot about the establishment. We will be returning again this season in April and will be staying again at Beaver Creek West Condos. It is our home away at home and the staff makes us feel comfortable and are very accomodating. I have found the reservation and check in process easy and people friendly. The close proximity to two world class resorts, both Vail and Beaver Creek, make these condos a great choice. I always enjoy the recreation oportunities provided by the lake (enjoy a brisk winter's walk) and health club next door (take off the extra pounds I find at the nearby restarants). I also really llike being able to choose my condo so that I get the location and decor we like. And the price is reasonable too! Posted by: Worth wilson on 12/16/09 The best belated honeymoon Stayed 01/05/2004 - 01/11/2004 at Unit: I don't remember..2nd floor in building across parking lot from office My husband and I had been married about 28 years and never had a honeymoon because of finances...but we had some extra cash that year and couldn't think of anything we'd rather do than going skiing...without the kids!!! We chose Beaver Creek b/c we'd never been there and had heard great things about it. They were all true...only it was better than we'd ever imagined. It was heaven in the mountains. We loved our roomy condo, the views, the service...everything. Your staff was extremely helping and friendly, which is not always the case at resorts. The evenings after skiing were spent with our glass of wine in the "hot tub with a view." What a way to live!!! It is so convenient to the bus stops for town, restaurants and also to the gondola. We have no complaints..only lots of applause to all of your staff. Another year we were able to return to Beaver Creek West again and had the same perfect experience...we even tried to change our flight and stay longer. The next year we recommended it to our son and his fiance and they too enjoyed a wonder vacation at Beaver Creek West with several of their friends based on our great time. Stayed 07/27/2009 - 08/01/2009 Beaver Creek West Condominiums represents the BEST lodging experience in the valley! The first time I ever visited Colorado was in 1989 with my parents and we stayed at BCW. I have been to Colorado over 25 times since then (from Florida) and BCW is now the only place for me. I am a member of F.U.N. and I last stayed with my family in June/July of 2009. We had a great time and my daughter asks me every week when we are going back to Colorado (hopefully April 2010). I have seen the entire valley change quite a bit over the last 20 years and BCW remains as convenient and comfortable as ever. The units are always beautiful and spacious. The availability of a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen is a must for me. Last time we stayed we used the pool and tennis courts several times and the outdoor grill. We bike down Vail mountain, hike, go white water rafting and love the music festival. But the highlight is the fireworks - best I have ever seen! Can't wait to come back again. The recreation center is a short walk and great for the kids, too! The park and pond is out the back door. In the summer, the best fireworks over the mountains! And, if you need lots of activities like my family does, swimming, tennis, hottub is all right here. Need to start the in-room fireplace, management is quick to respond. I highly recommend BCWC for relaxation or for its accessibility to the fun stuff. I wanted to write to express our thanks for making each of our trips a great one every single time. We don't travel lightly, as we come with two small children and a truck-load of gear. Several staff extended themselves to ensure our room was well-located and easily accessible for a young family, and they made sure cribs, linens and other kid-stuff were ready for us on arrival. We are huge fans of Beaver Creek West and hope to be owners there soon! We stayed so often our kids thought we actually owned a mountain home in Beaver Creek and always told everyone that it was the best place in the world to stay. They have even passed up a vacation in Disney Land to stay at our "Mountain Home" instead. The views are awesome and so peaceful. It's the one place we can be at and truely feel at peace. Therefore, before I booked my room at the Beaver Creek West Condo, I made sure to research every possible option within a 20 mile radius, and I will save to the time and money, there simply is nothing better than the Beaver Creek West Condo. Your stay starts off by checking in with a VERY kind and knowledgeable staff. When you arrive to your room it is nicer than any picture. Big Beautiful Spacious rooms, with the perfect layout for a family or a couple. We, thank G-d, are a family of 6 now, but when we first stayed here, we were 4. The rooms layout was perfect for each stay. The view is simply stunning ,with Mountains and slopes in the back ground, it is something you never ever forget. The amenities at the resort are exactly what skiing in Colorado is about, heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. You are also just a short walk away from a huge lake ice skating rink and one of the best kept FREE secrets, a big sledding hill is just around the corner, ask Jake he will guide you there. The location is perfect, you have shopping, restaurants, and not to mention a Walmart just 3 minutes away. Vail’s Slopes are about 10 minutes and away and Beaver Creek 2 minutes or take the free shuttle. The package deal they have for slope tickets and ski rentals is bar none and you can take comfort in getting the best price for that too. The rooms have amazing kitchens, free internet, too many TVs, and best of all a washer and dryer. That means that you don’t need that much close for extended stays. Therefore, I would rate the hotel a 10 out of 10, perfect in all ways, and if you are searching for a place to stay in the Beaver Creek/Vail vicinity search no more. Posted by: Abe Spivak on 12/15/09 ice climbing the Vail Valley Stayed 01/08/2008 - 01/12/2008 at Unit: 4 bedroom We rented a 4 bedroom unit and couldn't have been more pleased. We were up for a few days of ice climbing the Vail Valley and general relaxation. By the time I had arrived, some of our group already had enjoyed time in the hot tub and had dinner going. The immediate feel of Beaver Creek West Townhomes was one of "coming home." Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful, and made departing very difficult. The townhome itself exceeded our expectations. The rooms were all tastefully decorated, the furniture comfortable and in great shape. Everything we wished for in the kitchen (glasses, cookware, plates, silverware, utensils, etc.) was there and made food preparation easy. We also took advantage of the grill on the deck, and enjoyed some mooseburgers that one of us brought from Alaska! The fireplace had us feeling like we had been transported to our own winter paradise after long days of ice climbing and exploring the towns. The location is great, and is in close proximity to everything we needed in town; restaurants, shopping, and groceries. Stay at Beaver Creek West Townhomes. You won't be sorry!
