Policies

DEPOSIT POLICY 
A credit card, check or money order for the greater of 2 nights or 50% of the total is required within 10 days for confirmation. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations subject to cancellation if deposits are not received by the date due.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
If notice of cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to arrival, 90% of the payment will be refunded. If notice is received fewer than 45 days prior to arrival, regardless of the reason for cancellation, 90% of the payment will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented for the entire period of the reservation.

GROUP DEPOSITS
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required within 10 days. 40% of the total is required 60 days prior to arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations subject to cancellation if deposits are not received by the due date.

UNIT NUMBER GUARANTEE
Beaver Creek West will make every effort to accommodate the guest who picked their condominium and booked their reservation thru the on-line booking engine at BeaverCreekWest.com. Beaver Creek West retains the right to relocate the reservation to a unit of similar quality and features if circumstances beyond our control warrant a move of the reservation. These reasons could be, but are not limited to, fire damage, water damage, and/or sale of the condominium.

RESERVATION FEE
A non-refundable $15.60 reservation fee will be added to each reservation for handling.

ESCROWED FUNDS
To help defray the cost of your reservation, Beaver Creek West may deposit advance rental deposits in an interest bearing account. All interest earned becomes the property of Beaver Creek West.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
In order to make our guests' vacations worry and hassle free, Travel Insurance is offered by  Travel Guard. For specific questions regarding insurance please call 1-877-249-5376. Refer to product number 008573 P1. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

SPECIAL COMMENTS
Midweek towel exchange and trash removal is provided on rentals of 7 nights or more; daily maid service is not included, but is available upon request for an additional charge. Pets are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. At check-in a credit card imprint or cash deposit is required for incidentals, damage, and any unpaid balances. The deposit will be processed at departure if balances are not paid at check-out. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please contact our office if there are any special needs that you may have prior to arrival.

LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
