Details? Call BCW at 1-800-222-4840 or sign up to get your F.U.N. number. Next, book your  reservations. Don’t forget to give us your F.U.N. number at time of booking! After you complete your fun filled Vail Valley vacation, 10% of the subtotal of the reservations used (these are your F.U.N. points) will be credited to your personal account. When enough points are saved up for a minimum of a 1 night stay and up to a maximum of a 5 night stay at our regular nightly rate, call us up and we will reserve your FREE reservation at Beaver Creek West. Simple! The more reservations booked, the faster your F.U.N. points accumulate!

What reservations can I use my F.U.N. number on?
Only reservations you reserve for your own personal use can earn F.U.N. points that accrue to your F.U.N. number. Your F.U.N. number may be added at any time up until checkout.  Only 1 F.U.N. account number can be used per reservation. F.U.N. account numbers do not apply to reservations for 30 days or longer.

Can points be accumulated on past reservations?
Nope, not at this time. However, if you are currently staying at Beaver Creek West and just heard about the program, come see us at the office. Sign up prior to (or at check-out) and no matter when you booked, you can start your F.U.N. account.

If I have a favorite travel agent I work with, can I still join the BCW F.U.N. program and earn points for Free Upcoming Nights?
Make sure they give us your F.U.N. number at time of booking and we will make sure the points get credited to your account!

Can I make requests for specific units when I’m redeeming my F.U.N. free vacation?
Yes, but some condominiums may have already used up their F.U.N. nights available or may already be sold out. The F.U.N. Beaver Creek West staff will make every effort to find you a great condo that works for you and your travel companions but we do reserve the right to assign or change unit numbers.

Is it possible to make changes to my free F.U.N. reservation?
Absolutely. If we have the availability, we will work with you to get you the dates and type of condo you need.

Can the terms of the BCW F.U.N. program change?
Most certainly—at Beaver Creek West we are always trying to make the experience for our valued prior guests better and more F.U.N.. However, if we make changes or improvements to the F.U.N. program, we will definitely let you know. The idea is to make this program F.U.N. and not difficult.

Can I get a cash refund for my points?
Nope, the BCW F.U.N. points are redeemed for free stays only.

What happens if I cancel, don’t use, or don’t pay in full for my reservation?
Sorry, but only guests who complete their reservations at Beaver Creek West earn BCW F.U.N. points! Keep in mind that if a reservation is cancelled or is a “no show” and the payments are not refunded, then it is considered a “completed reservation”.

Do my points expire?
If a F.U.N. account is inactive for 36 months or more, your account will be closed.

Can I redeem my F.U.N. points at any time?
Mostly—with the exception of the major holidays. Call for specific dates as they will vary from year to year.

Can I give my points to someone else?
Kind of. If you want to redeem your points for a reservation on their behalf, that’s OK. However, the points can’t transfer from one account to another or be combined with another F.U.N. member’s points.

At what rate can I turn in my free F.U.N. points?
The F.U.N. points will be redeemed at the regular published rate available for Beaver Creek West. Contact us to get the latest and greatest rate card. Or, check our website for the most recent rates. And who knows? Maybe specials will be run for preferred F.U.N. members only to turn in your points at a special redemption rate….

Are there any other costs that I am responsible for?
Your next reservation is free when you have enough points to redeem for a free vacation at Beaver Creek West. If you decide to stay additional nights not covered by the F.U.N. program, our regular reservation policies will apply. The redemption of F.U.N. Points must be made in increments of 1 night, cash may not be combined with F.U.N. Points.

Can anyone join the F.U.N. program?
Absolutely! However, this program is designed as a reward program for our valued prior guests. If some “bully” tries to “cheat” the program then Beaver Creek West reserves the right to cancel their points and remove their chance to play for free with the other great F.U.N. participants.
