Our Policies
· Check-in is at 4 pm.
· Office hours during the ski season are 8 am to 8 pm.
· Summer hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
· A check, credit card or money order may be used to confirm your reservation. The greater of 2 nights or 50% of the total is due within 10 days from the day you book your reservation.
Note: Tax is not included in rates.
· Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
· Applicable tax rate is 12.4%. A non-refundable fee of $15.00 plus tax will be added to each reservation for handling.
· At check in a credit card imprint or cash deposit is required for incidentals, phone calls, damages and any unpaid balances.
· Must be at least 21 years old to check-in
Cancellation Policy
· If written notice of cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to arrival, 90% of the payment will be refunded.
· If notice is received fewer than 45 days prior to arrival, regardless of the reason for cancellation, 90% of the payment will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented for the entire period of the reservation.

Take I-70 west to the Avon Exit #167. Proceed left underneath the freeway.
Proceeding south to the traffic circle with the large bronze horses in the center. Turn right onto West Beaver Creek Blvd. Proceed one block to Lake St., turn left. Continue one block to the first driveway on the right. Proceed down our driveway to the end, turn right. Follow signs to our office located 10 yards ahead on the right.
From Eagle Airport
